As a radio network, we have a diverse workforce. This is spread across regional Australia and some metropolitan radio stations with no centralised HR function. In each of our 27 business units the GM is responsible for the HR function but they are not specialists. The team at Edge Legal has been an integral part of our business for over 3 years.
