Thomas Joined Edge Legal in 2021, coming from an Industrial Relations background with a national regulator. He has experience in conducting investigations and providing advice to industry to help meet obligations and resolve conflict.

Thomas’ experience includes undertaking and assisting senior lawyers with:

• Preparing general protections and unfair dismissal responses

• Reviewing contracts of employments and policy documents

• Advising on Modern Award and Enterprise Agreement rights and obligations.

Thomas joined Edge for his legal placement before joining the team as a lawyer after being admitted to practice in March 2022.
