Holly Rheinberger

Holly joined Edge in 2020 in a Legal Assistant and Clerk capacity before her admission to the profession in 2022.

Holly’s experience includes:

• providing practical advice and assistance to resolve workplace issues at the earliest possible stage to achieve ‘results with respect’, minimising unnecessary disputes

• regularly appearing in the Fair Work Commission, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and state tribunals to assist employers defend and resolve industrial disputes, including general protections, unfair dismissal and discrimination claims

• providing advice on internal compliance matters such as redundancies, modern award and enterprise agreement interpretation and application, employment contracts, WHS requirements and workplace policies and procedures

• providing training for human resources and senior management on relevant, topical workplace issues

• conducting and advising on workplace assessments and investigations often arising from serious allegations or complex workplace conflict, with a focus on ensuring a trauma informed approach to deliver impartial and practical reports

Holly has a keen interest in people management and workplace dynamics, with a focus on ensuring a proactive and practical approach to managing complex conduct, capacity and performance issues.
